Through targeted acquisitions, thoughtful regeneration and in-house asset management, we are building a portfolio that delivers both long-term investor value and lasting social impact. We have a track record of 300 assets to date, of which we still retain 100 units, with planned expansion to acquire a further 2,500 units by 2028.
