We are delighted to announce that today EquaGroup have legally completed on this fine B1A office building set in a beautiful riverside location in the heart of the stock broker belt in Godalming, Surrey.

The Commercial property was secured on an exchange of contracts with a refundable deposit, conditional on securing Permitted Development for 22 apartments. These apartments will serve the tranquil market town of Godalming and its neighbour Guildford with much needed, beautifully appointed homes for our clients.

Following successfully achieving Permitted Development we have now concluded development funding and legally completed this afternoon.

This office to residential conversion consists of a steel frame 2 storey building of circa 10,000 sq ft along with 45 car parking spaces.

The demolition phase has been tendered and our contractor commences this pre-works package with immediate effect to enable us to conclude quickly the delisting of the building from business rates through the Valuation Office Agency (VOA).
